- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪1st appointment I take time off came clear across the county, the Doctor is not there. Next his staff schedule me for a Endoscopy & Colonoscopy. So per instructions I'm off my pain medications for a week and limited diet 48 hours before & drink electrolytes 12 hours before to clear my system. I do all this then get to hospital admitting and the Doctor is not even doing surgery that day. The Admitting clerk had to call the Dr office to figure out what happened. Result: the Dr office rescheduled me for later. Which meant I had to go through all of the prep work and another week without my pain medication. Then I'm given a prescription and had to keep calling my pharmacy, insurance company and Dr's office for weeks to get them to co-ordinate my prescription pre-authorization. The Doctors are wonderful and their Office Manager is wonderful and very helpful. However some of the other staff has some serious issues.December 17, 2016by Marylou. Burk
